That’s right! No more printing, filling forms, waiting on signatures, and scanning timesheets – everything is done electronically and submitted directly to Quantum for payment. Our new app makes submitting hours effortless and allows managers to approve them faster. Its design is simple and straightforward and will allow you to find anything you’re looking for, in one or two taps.
How it works…
Employees on assignment enter the hours they work directly into the app and then simply pass their device to their supervisor at the end of the week, for approval via touchscreen signature – making it a seamless experience for the client and employee alike. In addition to submitting hours, employees can track the status of each timesheet, view their historical hours, and contact their local Quantum branch office for assistance.
